2011 MOVHS Racers Awards Banquet   Dec. 5, 2011 

  Congratulations to all the racers who have qualified for an award at our 2011 MOVHS Racer Awards Banquet. This years banquet will be held on Saturday January 28th, 2012 at the Shriners off of 7th Street in Parkersburg, WV. MOVHS banquets have and always will be a welcoming, family- filled atmosphere. It will be a very fun evening to spend with family and friends and just relax off the track. The holidays will be out of the way and we will all be in great need for a relaxing evening with all of our friends and family. Seating is limited so make sure you make your reservations, as only so many tickets can be sold. Racers themselves MUST be present to receive any and all awards. We will have a list of all class winners and everyone that qualifies for a year end award soon. So stay tuned to the website for all details and announcements.

Attention Racers: All racers MUST have their tickets purchased by Dec.31st. We have to get trophies and awards made and we will only make awards for the racers that will attend the banquet. Every racer that will be on the 2011 CHAMPIONS page qualifies for an award. So if you are on that page you qualify. Do not forget to purchase your tickets. ( Mail checks to Rick Sams or MOVHS - 114 Vandalia Drive Mineral Wells, WV 26150) There is limited seating at this facility and we want to make sure that every racer has a spot.

  We are currently in full banquet mode. We have confirmed a date and location for the 2011 MOVHS Awards Banquet. The date will be January 28, 2012 at the Shriners located at 244 Watson Road Parkersburg, WV 26104. We have over 110 Racers that qualify for awards this year. Along with 40+ Iron Men. The capacity of this building is close to 300. So the tickets will be limited to that amount. You can reserve your tickets by mailing a check to: Rick Sams @ 114 Vandalia Drive Mineral Wells, WV 26150 along with filling out the. When you mail the check make sure to include the reservation form. The tickets will be reserved by name. So when you arrive at the banquet the reservation will be under your name. You may be asked to show ID if we do not know you. This is just for your protection. You will also be able to purchase tickets at the last race on Nov. 13th and the Buddy Race on Nov. 20th.
