MOVHS Cross Country Off road racing series

   Round 11 Back on for Aug. 13 & 14th   August 11, 2011

 
   The race is BACK ON for AUG. 13 & 14. I received a phone call from my good friend this evening, James Giddings, from Giddings Machine Racing that I had unfortunately rescheduled our race on the weekend that he is having a Customer/ Fan appreciation day Saturday Aug. 20th at Wild Wood Lake Raceway, and Sunday Aug. 21st he is having a 50 mile race at Wild Wood Lake Raceway. I consider James a TRUE friend and someone I deeply respect. So, James I am sorry for making your blood pressure rise!   I would also like to apologize to all the racers and their families for all this confusion. Even though I feel this may be the wrong decision, because of the weather we might be getting. I would rather take the chance than to upset a good friend, I am sure you all understand. You never know what Mother Nature will do. So I am going to set the track up according to BAD weather and hope and pray for the very best. The Mini/ Pee Wee course is looking good NO matter what conditions Mother Nature springs upon us. The youth course has a few tough spots, one down hill and one up hill that where the racers may need your help on, Adults...... well all I have to say is have at her.
 I would like to thank everyone that has supported us through-out our three years of having MOVHS. Running a race series is not easy, but please know that we always try to have the Racers best interest and the Series best interest when making any decisions. The decisions that we, as a series make, are not always right for everyone. Although we try to take everyones opinions and thoughts into consideration, sometimes it just isn't possible to make everyone happy! Please know that your opinions and suggestions are not ignored and that we appreciate each and every racer and their families. With out you guys MOVHS would not be possible, so thanks for all your continued support!
